Refund policy
- Medicinas Naturales will issue refunds and exchanges based on a case by case basis.
- Medicinas Naturales will not accept exchanges for used items, that's unacceptable.
- Medicinas Naturales will gladly refund a returned item that is unused and in good condition.
- Medicinas Naturales will not cover the return shipping for a returned item unless Medicinas Naturales has said otherwise.
- If you recieve items from your subscription order and decided you no longer want the items / want to cancel the subscription you can return the items (at your expense) for a full refund (dependent upon items conditions).
- It is the policy of Medicinas Naturales to cover return shipping costs and/or offer a full refund on orders that Medicinas Naturales made a mistake on:
- Examples: 1) We mailed you the wrong item. 2.)The item was damaged in shipping.
- It is the policy of Medicinas Naturales for the customer to cover return shipping in the following situations: a. The customer ordered the wrong item and wishes to return it for a refund or exchange for another item. b. The customer signed up for a subscription, received the item, no longer wants the item, and would like to return for a refund.
- It is the policy of Medicinas Naturales for customers to repay for shipping when their item is returned to Medicinas Naturales becuase of an address error.
- Example: 1) Customer forgot to include an apartment number. 2.) Customer did not use the correct postal code.
- It is the policy of Medicinas Naturales to issue refunds for items that have been returned in their orginal condition. Medicinas Naturales does NOT accept returns of used products, etc.
