Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Free U.S. Shipping

  • Available on U.S. orders $75 or more before tax

  • Standard/economy shipping only

  • Maximum shipment weight: 10 lbs

  • Excludes wholesale, bundle, limited-release, and pre-order items

  • International orders are not eligible

Orders exceeding 10 lbs or containing excluded products will only be eligible for paid shipping options.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Shipping Responsibility

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for filing claims with the shipping provider when applicable.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in resalable condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from approved returns.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Herbal, perishable, or consumable goods

  • Final sale items

  • Limited release products

  • Pre-order items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Personalized or special-order products

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether returned items meet eligibility requirements.

Limited Releases, Pre-Orders & Sales

Some products are offered in limited quantities or as pre-orders.

  • Limited Release items:
    Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Only one unit may be purchased per order unless otherwise stated.

  • Pre-Orders:
    Pre-order items ship within the timeframe listed on the product page.

ALL LIMITED RELEASE, PRE-ORDER, AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted for these items.
